The Retail team is split into two groups, Retail Hub and Regional Business Managers.
The Retail Hub team is responsible for managing the communication between stores and Head Office, resolving customer queries and a wide variety of operational responsibilities. The team is always looking at opportunities for improving operations in stores. This is a very fast paced department where the ability to cope under pressure, remaining positive and focused whilst juggling a multitude of tasks are an everyday necessity.
The Regional Business Managers are a dedicated team of individuals who are responsible for managing a geographical region and delivering the company goals and strategy through their store teams. They are highly motivated, a strong communicator and are able to recognise sales and development opportunities. This role offers real variety and opportunities to utilise key management skills.
