The team is responsible for all computers, tills, networks, applications, reporting and telephony across the business. As the central point of contact for all IT requirements the team provide support, advice, project management and a high level of service to all internal customers and deliver an environment that enables the business to achieve its goals. Whilst dealing with the day-to-day operations and support of IT services the team also focuses on long term planning and improvement of the service provided by the department. The team is committed to an ongoing cycle of improvement, continually seeking to develop with appropriate technologies and applications. The team is enthusiastic, self motivated, diligent and proactive. They are great team players and take ownership of individual objectives that contribute to the department's overall goals. Documentation, control and a properly managed environment are core to their operations.
