Where can I spend my gift card?
You can spend your EAST Gift Card in any EAST stand alone store, via our phone line and at Your Gift Card can be used to pay for a purchase in full or part payment with visa, mastercard, amex or paypal.

Is there any exclusion to where I can spend my card?
Unfortunately we cannot accept Gift Card payments in any of our concession stores.

Our Gift Cards are also only able to be used for purchases in GBP. This means we can only accept gift card payments or purchases if your delivery address is in the following countries:
United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Denmark, Gibraltar, Malta, Sweden, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, New Zealand, Oman, Turkey, Mauritius, Israel, India, Japan, Hong Kong, Australia, Brazil, United Arab Emirates, China, Jersey, Guernsey, Switzerland, Norway.

How will my Gift Card be delivered and what is the cost
Our Gift Cards sit within a premium EAST presentation case and are safely despatched in a bubble envelope. If you are only purchasing Gift Cards we offer reduced delivery costs:

  • UK Standard Delivery £1.95
  • European Delivery £4
  • Rest of World Delivery £6

Unfortunately we do not offer next day delivery or deliver to store for Gift Card only orders.

If you are purchasing a Gift Card with other items, all of our delivery options will be available to you. However please note that your Gift Card may be sent separately.

How do I check my balance?
You can check the remaining balance of a Gift card on our website by 
clicking here. You can also ask for any staff in our stores to check this for you.
Can I top up my Gift Card?
Yes you can add money to a gift card. To do is, please contact our Customer Care team on +44(0)208 877 6543. You may also do this in store.
Help - I have lost my Gift Card?
If you registered your gift card at we can cancel this and send out a replacement to you. If your card was not registered we are unfortunately not able to replace is if your card was lost or stolen.
My Gift Card has expired, what can I do?
EAST Gift Cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase. If you have not used the entire balance within this time frame we are unfortunately unable to extend this.
Can I cancel my Gift Voucher and get a refund?
We do not offer refunds or cash exchanges for Gift Cards.
Is there a limit to how much credit I can load onto my Gift Card?
Yes, the top up limit per Gift Card ranges between a minimum of £10 and maximum of £250.

If I live abroad will VAT be removed from my Gift Card purchase?
Gift Cards are VAT exempt as these are equivalent to cash. This means that VAT will not be removed from Gift Card purchases for rest of world orders.
