UK DELIVERIES

We make every effort to offer you the delivery option to suit your needs, and all of our parcels are tracked as well, so you'll always be able to find out where your order is.

FREE UK DELIVERY


This offer entitles you to free standard delivery for UK orders only. Available from Tuesday 23rd August until Monday 29th August.

STANDARD DELIVERY

£3.95 - England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland
£3.29 - Channel Islands (excludes VAT)

We use Royal Mail to deliver all parcels and we aim to dispatch orders on the same day if received before 2pm and you will receive your parcel within 3-5 working days.

If you are out at the time of delivery for Royal Mail, you will receive a card through your letterbox. This will include details of arranging a re-delivery at your nearest depot where the parcel can be collected.

FREE CLICK & COLLECT

We offer a free delivery service to all our EAST stores (excludes John Lewis and House of Fraser concessions) and selected concessions. If you choose this option your order will be sent to your selected store with the next scheduled delivery from our warehouse. Store deliveries typically arrive twice per week on Tuesday and Friday depending when you place your order. We guarantee that you order will arrive in store within 1 week of placing your order. To find participating stores and selected concessions, please look for your local outlet in our store finder.


We advise that you contact the store to monitor the progress of your delivery. When collecting please take along a print out of your dispatch confirmation email and ID such a driving licence or bank card when you collect your order. Someone else can collect your order, but to prevent fraud the person you've nominated must present a note from you confirming the arrangement, their ID as well as your ID, and proof of purchase.

14 DAYS COLLECTION TIME

Your order should be collected within 14 days from the date it is delivered. We advise that you contact the store to monitor the progress of your delivery. If you are unable to collect your order we can send this to the address that is printed on the order, but we will have to charge you for the postage cost. If you do not collect your order within the 14 days allocated we will return this to our warehouse and process a refund. 

NEXT DAY DELIVERY

£7.00 - England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland

We have partnered with DPD to for our next day delivery service. To qualify for a next day delivery you will need to place your order before 2pm on the day before you would like it to be delivered. You will receive your parcel the following working day by 6pm.  If you place your order on a Friday it will be delivered to you on Tuesday, as it will be dispatched on the Monday.

Please note that next day delivery is a 2 day service for the following remote postcodes:
Scottish Highlands - AB30-38, AB44-56, FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV30-32, IV33-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-33, PA34-40, PH18-26, PH30, PH31-41, PH49-50.
Scottish Islands - HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA30, PA32-34, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3.

For your security our next day delivery parcels require a signature on delivery. If you are out at the time of delivery, DPD will leave a card with details of arranging a re-delivery and your nearest depot where the parcel can be collected.

Please Note

 

  • Where orders are placed at a weekend or on an English bank holiday, they will be treated as if they were received the morning of the next working day.
  • We are unable to accept orders where the full address information has not been supplied. We are also unable to accept an order where the delivery address is a PO Box, Hotel or similar.

For first time orders where the billing and delivery addresses differ we may place a phone call with you to verify that your card is not being used without your knowledge. This is for your own protection.


EUROPEAN DELIVERY

€8.00 (£6) - EUROPEAN DELIVERY

Where possible, your parcel will be sent via Royal Mail postal service which is a fully tracked service to your door via your local postal service. In the event that this service is not available your order will be delivered via a local courier. If a delivery cannot be made, a card explaining this will be posted through your letterbox.

We aim to dispatch all European orders on the same day if received before 2pm (GMT) and you will receive a dispatch email when your parcel is dispatched. You should receive your parcel within 4-9 working days.

We currently deliver by Royal Mail Airsure to the following European countries:
Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

We also deliver to the following European countries, but as their postal service doesn't support Airsure, your order will not be able to be tracked and will be sent signed for delivery:
Cyprus, Greece, Italy, Malta, Norway, Romania, Slovenia.

  • VAT (Tax) will be removed from your order if your delivery address is outside of the EEC and clearly highlighted for your reference.

AMERICA & REST OF THE WORLD

We aim to dispatch all international orders on the same day if received before 2pm (GMT) and you will receive a dispatch email when your parcel is dispatched. You should receive your parcel within 4-9 working days.

We currently deliver by Royal Mail to the following International countries:
Australia, Brazil, Canada, Hong Kong, United States, New Zealand, China, Gibraltar, Hrvatska (Croatia), India, Israel, Japan, Mauritius, Mexico, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Turkey and United Arab Emirates.

Customs Information
When ordering goods from EAST for delivery outside of the European Union, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance will be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. You should contact your local customs office for further information. Please note that when ordering from EAST, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Generally custom’s forms for international packages will list the value of the contents of your order by product type. For instance, orders containing clothing will generally be listed in a way similar to the following example: Clothing value £32.00.

Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
