Deliveries

At the point of completing your order you will be given the
following options;
- £3.50 3-5 working days
using Royal Mail.
All orders we send can be tracked online through the Royal
Mail website. If you are out at the time of delivery, you
will receive a missed delivery card. With
this, you can simply pick your parcel up from your local depot.
Just remember to take along your ID.
- £7.00 Next day using
Citylink. All next day orders need to be placed by 12pm the day
before to guarantee a next day delivery.
Next day deliveries are made between 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday.
Please call in advance if you need to arrange a Saturday
delivery.
During busier periods we may take longer to process your
order. We will always email you if this is the case. We only
charge for the items that are dispatched to you, and only charge at
the point of dispatch. Thank you for your
patience during these times. If we run out of stock on
your order you will be contacted and we will offer to get the items
for you through one of our stores, if you experience any
problems please ring us on our customer service number on 020 8877
6543, open between 9-6 Monday to Thursday and 9-5 on a Friday.

We deliver to anywhere in the United Kingdom (including Northern
Ireland, the Highlands, Scottish islands, the Isle of Man and the
Scilly Isles).

| Product damaged
in transit - In the event that any of the delivery is damaged in
transit, please let us know immediately and we will issue you a
full refund for those items, or replace the damaged goods free of
charge. If you have any queries regarding delivery please contact

Our customer services are open from 9.00 - 6.00 Mon -Thurs and
until 5pm on Fri and will be happy to help with any queries that
you may have

Returns
If you don’t like a product don’t despair, you
can return a product to us FREE OF CHARGE using the free returns
label on the despatch note that comes with your delivery.
Our returns procedures are designed to be simple and fair:
- If you want to return any of the products ordered, please
complete the returns slip included in your order and return the
products to us with the returns label provided
- Any goods must be returned to us within 28 calendar days of the
order despatch date from our warehouse (printed on your despatch
note):
- You can also return full price products ordered online in
person at any of our stores (excluding concessions and discount
outlets). Please bring your despatch note as proof of
purchase. The refund will only be credited to the card that the
purchase was originally made on
- We will make a full refund for:
Any faulty goods.
Goods that are unworn, in the original packaging and in a pristine
saleable condition.
- If we are unable to refund any items because we believe
it has been worn or damaged by the customer, then we will return it
to you and no refund will be made.
- All refunds and reimbursements if eligible will be paid within
14 days of receiving the returned items.
Sale
items
We refund sale items on the website within 21 days of
purchase; again unworn with the packaging intact and using the
freepost label provided.
If you return sale goods to any of
our stores (not concessions) they will only be able to exchange the
items or issue a credit note to the same value, they will not
refund the goods.
- We do not refund on pierced earrings due to hygiene
reasons.
- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will reduce your
statutory rights relating to faulty or mis-described goods. Further
information about your rights is available from your Local
Authority Trading Standards Department or Citizen's Advice
Bureau.
